A current client approached us with a challenge; find an inventive to increase the number of customers that complete his company’s quarterly electronic survey. The client was not interested in using traditional incentive items like merchandise, gift cards or coupons toward future work and did not want to incur the distribution charges associated with these types of incentives.

We pulled our team together and came up with a unique incentive program designed to measurably increase quarterly survey responses at a cost of less than $3.00 per person.

Our solution was a product with a value in excess of $20.00 that would be mailed to the survey respondent multiple times during a 12-month period.  Ultimately, were able to provide this to our client for less than $3.00 per person, including the shipping.
